The UK BMX Halfpipe Series is run by riders, for riders. To inspire the next generation of young vert riders.

The 2024 Series will include 3 stops including a new location for their first ever vert competition: Prevail Skatehouse

The first round of the 2024 series at Skaterham saw some new riders ripping the vert in the Amateur group while the Pro group stepped up to the next level. Grind riders Tom Leaver and Toby Roberts have been putting in the time over winter. Watch out for these guys this year.

Paul Meacher took a narrow victory over Tom in Pro and young shredder Chase Weighill took home the Rekd Best Trick and 1st place in Amateur. Huge thanks to all our sponsors below for providing cash, vouchers and product to support the series.

Round 3 at Spit and Sawdust was another scorcher on the vert with some mental tricks going down, some new faces and some old timers coming out of retirement to session the ramp. See above for results and below for current series rankings.

Huge thank you to JK for the prize money. Sully's Cycles and Ben Snell from Vert BMX for the shop vouchers for Amateur plus all the sponsors below for donating prizes. See a full write up on the results page.

The final of the 2022 series was at Spit & Sawdust in Cardiff and was an absolute scorcher. The ramp in the worlds greatest beer garden was the ideal setting for the final. Riders battled through the heatwave and brought their best riding to the vert.

Pro class went off, with Pete Marselle pulling an 'alley oop' 540 for 4th. Tom Leaver landed his huge flairs after crashing them in previous rounds to pace 3rd. Paul Meacher maxed out the height pole with airs 10ft+, a huge whip and no hander to no footers.

But the master was toppled in this final round. Josh Bates came home with 1st place. Josh threw down a fully packed 60 second run with alley oop turndowns, stretched no handers, tailwhips, flairs, opposite lookbacks and 1ft X ups and finished with a huge double tailwhip. Bagging 1st place and best trick at the same time.

Year end results saw Paul Meacher taking the title of 2022 UK Pro Vert Champion with Joey Doland crowned the 2022 Amateur Vert Champion. Massive congratulations to these guys.

Huge thank you to Jay Kay for the prize money. Grind BMX and Pete Marselle for the trophies plus all the sponsors above for donating prizes. Props to Matthew Dyer for all the photos.
